ADVERTISERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In all following paragraphs, the terms "you" /"your" refers to you the Customer /advertiser /vendor. "We" /"us" /"ours" refers to propertytogo.co.uk trading as propertytogo.co.uk. The "Service" refers to online property advertising purchased by the Customer and provided through the website network of propertytogo.co.uk.

1. Introduction
This “Advertisers Agreement” is made between propertytogo.co.uk (“We”) and the Advertiser (“You”). By entering into this agreement you are confirming you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them. You agree to propertytogo.co.uk publishing your advert details on the website and all partner websites where applicable.

2. Your Responsibilities
2.1 You must be the legal owner of the property advertised on our website, with the sole right to sell the property OR have legal power of attorney to do so on behalf of the property owner.
2.2 You must provide us with your personal information when registering as a user and in order to access the advertisers contact details.
2.3 You must set your own selling price.
2.4 The description you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. Propertytogo.co.uk does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.
2.5 You will pay the full advert fee before the advert will be published.
2.6 propertytogo.co.uk will not be held liable for breach of copyright to any photos taken of your property.
2.7 If you have a contract with an Estate Agent, you have independently checked your contract with regards to the terms and conditions that you must pay the Estate Agents commission. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the Estate Agents commission, propertytogo.co.uk will not be liable.
2.8 Only one property may appear in each advert.
2.9 We / you will assemble the ‘For Sale’ board complying with the local planning authority regulations.
2.9aYou will arrange and conduct viewings for the advertised property.
2.9bYou will inform propertytogo.co.uk once the property is sold.

3. propertytogo.co.uk Responsibility
3.1 We will supply a ‘For Sale’ board, where requested, within 5 working days.
3.2We will, to the best of our efforts, ensure that the propertytogo.co.uk web site is available at all times. We reserve the right to take the site ‘off-line’ without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades.
3.3 We aim to advertise your property For Sale on propertytogo.co.uk website if applicable within 12 hours. Please note that this period is provided as a guide only and may vary.
3.4 We may list a property on our web site, that is sold with a ‘Sold’ sign until the end of its subscription term (12 months).

4. Refunds
4.1 You may cancel your package by emailing propertytogo.co.uk via our Contact Form. We allow a 7-day ‘cooling off’ period should you wish to cancel. However once your advert goes live on the internet, this cooling off period does not apply. We will review individual circumstances and offer a refund at our discretion. Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of advertising fee received.
4.2 This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
4.3 We may collect information about your property and the type of property you wish to purchase. In general, we use the information we collect about you to improve, administer and support the services and features we offer.
4.4 We have no hidden costs and all our prices are as shown.
4.5 We reserve the right to amend or change pricing or package service content at any time without notice.
4.6 Your personal details are held on a secure database and only those details you wish to be published are made available to site visitors.
4.7 We will not pass any confidential customer information to other organisations.
4.8. propertytogo.co.uk will inform all subscribers if and when a H.I.P (Home Information Pack) alongside your advert is necessary by law in England, Scotland and Wales. If so, we will allow you adequate time to meet any criteria necessary before removing your advert if the criteria are not met.
4.9 UK and international users must conform to their existing national laws and regulations appertaining to the sale or rental of a property, including bylaws and regulations set by their local authority, applicable to the country where the property is located.

5. Copyright
5.1 Any property details or photographs submitted by you have to be your own and must not be copied from any other source or used without consent from the rightful owner.
5.2 In publishing your advert, you agree to grant a copyright licence to propertytogo.co.uk
5.3 Photographs from any Estate Agency are not to be used unless you obtain express permission.
5.4 propertytogo.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any breach of copyright due to material used by the advertiser (“vendor/You”).
5.5 Advertisers grant indemnity to propertytogo.co.uk for any claims against us or expenses incurred by us in respect of breach of copyright issues.
5.6 All contents published on propertytogo.co.uk web site, such as images, property descriptions and all other content are copyright of propertytogo.co.uk.

6. This information cannot be copied and reproduced in any other advertisement or marketing, unless we have granted you written consent. This does not prevent you from using your own materials elsewhere providing that such information is not back-sourced from this website.

7. Multiple Property Sales
This service is available to all developers, where more than one property is available. Propertytogo.co.uk can offer developers a discounted advertising package based on the total number of properties for sale in the development. Please email us for our discounted rates.
